Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
